“BANGLADESH FLOODS APPEAL”
Bangladesh is facing one of its worst floods in recent years. Relentless rainfall, overflowing rivers, and water releases from India have triggered flash floods across 12 districts, including Feni, Comilla, Noakhali, Laxmipur, Khulna and Moulvibazar are very exploitable. However, the situation at Feni is so bad.
Millions of people are left without shelter and many have lost their lives.
Over 5 million people have been affected by the floods in Bangladesh. Hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced and left many without access to basic things like food and clean water.
Homes and infrastructure have been completely destroyed. Almost 71 people have already died & 5.2 million people became homeless.
Electricity, gas, water, shelter, food, transportation system are closed in many areas. People who earns daily basis desperately need help even after water goes down to make or rebuild their homes 🏠.
