🤔Do you know how I made my first project in property business?
📚Course, mentoring, networking… I talked to my friends, my husband, my mother, who knew less about it than me. Everyone said: "Forget about it, don't get involved"
😳From which I concluded: property is a lonely business.
The book "Feel the fear and do it anyway” helped me to make the first step.
I don't want to say that the path was smooth. Although I made mistakes that cost money, I still moved forward.
💪This business has taught me negotiation skills, how to organize turnkey repairs in a short time, how to find resources when at first glance there are none, how to stay calm when everything goes wrong, how to delegate and get others involved, how to plan strategy in advance, and much more.

😷The most difficult thing was to survive through 3 lockdowns, when all your regular and potential guests disappeared in a fog of uncertainty, when you can only rent out for free, when you need to pay bills on time, and you can't get any grants for this kind of business… I was too stubborn to declare myself a bankrupt…
🕊And my business rose like a phoenix from the ashes. But it's dangerous to grow further: suddenly another lockdown? Therefore, I am still in employment, although my business has recovered.
😋And then it dawned on me: why can’t I use my business for other purposes, such as providing the landlords with repair services? Well, the work has started: brainstorming, creative work, new ideas. I’ve created my first digital business card! It’s such an exciting project and I will definitely share with you soon 🔥🔥🔥
