We are looking for a general contracting company in the following areas: Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and Sheffield.

We would like to get a desktop quote for an 88 sqm property:

Works to be done are:

- Rip out
- new kitchen
- new bathroom
- new carpets
- plaster every room
- paint finish once plaster is dry
- new doors

Attached are the floor plan and photos of a previous refurb of ours so you have an understanding of our spec etc.

We understand that a viewing is preferred, however, at this first stage we are currently approaching the market for an estimate and proofs of previous work.
