SITE PROGRESS REPORT 🏡👷

We are now into month 7 since breaking ground at Helmsley Court and the team are making fantastic progress on site !

✅ Plot 1 - plastering works underway along with external landscaping

✅ Plot 2 - second lift masonry brickworks underway

✅ Plot 3 - floor joists fitted and awaiting second lift Masonry brickworks

✅ Plot 4&5 - Awaiting second fix joinery and kitchens, landscaping works underway

✅ Plot 6 - Ground floor UFH & screed complete awaiting windows and plastering works

We are working hard towards october to bring the site to completion within 12 months of breaking ground 🚧

With only plot 1 & 6 remaining available please contact to arrange a site visit or to discuss the final early reservations !
