Feedback means everything to us, we always seek to ensure that clients feel fully supported in achieving their project requirements, at 24Twelve we position ourselves as Project and Commercial Managers but many of our clients comment that we are much more than that, its great to receive client feedback and to know that we continue to exceed expectations.

We are not really sports fans but we believe 3 goals is known as a hat-trick.
Following our last 2 project completions, on Monday we agreed Practical Completion and Handover for the new Holden Group Volvo Kings Lynn site.
Any refurbishment project is challenging however this one really tested the team and demonstrated the importance of having professional support throughout. The transformation of the existing buildings is outstanding and now provides an excellent 'on brand' space for Volvo Car UK customers, along with a state-of-the-art workshop, separate MOT building, separate Dry Valet building and a modern office environment, boardroom, and staffroom for the Holden team.

We look forward to seeing the site go live shortly and welcome its first customers.

This one is a real milestone worthy of celebration.
Last week practical completion was achieved at LSH Auto UK Limited Tamworth, the site now offers the very latest customer facilities for both Mercedes-Benz Cars UK and BYD UK sales and after sales, the site has also been future proofed with an increased mains power supply, new mains drainage infrastructure/ connection, and photovoltaic panels to the roof.

It has been a real slog to get this one over the finish line, but I would like to thank the full project team for their efforts, and the client, LSH Auto UK Limited, for their patience, and unwavering support.

Well that’s a wrap!
Over 1900 miles driven this month, and I wouldn’t like to guess the number of emails sent and received, it’s certainly been a busy one, but it’s now time to enjoy a well deserved break.

24Twelve Project Consultants are pleased to have completed handovers for the new LSH Auto UK Limited BYD Bury store, and new offices, training room and boardroom for LSH Auto UK Limited and LSH Property UK at their Flagship Stockport facility.

The start to 2025 isn’t going to be much slower with handovers planned for LSH Auto UK Limited Mercedes-Benz and BYD Tamworth, Holden Group Volvo Kings Lynn and KIA Norwich, and let’s not forget the design, planning and procurement for the next round of interesting and exciting projects.

I want to say a huge thank you to the clients that continue to support 24Twelve Project Consultants and recognise the value we add to each project, we never take any opportunity or relationship for granted. We also couldn’t do what we do without the amazing suppliers, contractors, consultants and partners that share our values and recognise the importance of going above and beyond to deliver the very best facilities for each and every client.

Its been a busy few weeks, 2 new Smart point of sale installs at Mercedes-Benz of Stockport and Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham, completion of a 200kW Solar photovoltaic installation on the roof of Mercedes-Benz of Stockport, programming and pre start completed for a 320kW solar photovoltaic install at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham, thanks to Showcase Interiors Ltd and Geo Green Power for their professionalism and delivery of these great projects.

Together with, Ayshford Sansome Architects, Scion Interactive Ltd and Ten Design who have worked closely with us transforming dealerships around the country, we will be sharing a stand under the collective name of 'Retailer Transformations'.

Collectively we have extensive experience of dealership design, considering operational efficiency and the customer journey. With input from other industry specialists we cover all stages of of a project from inception to post completion ensuring the client is always fully supported.
