Ok, been on viewing, the both apartments looks very dirty and under very bad management. Letter with proposal changes has been sent. Now is down to landlord what he is about to do with it.😀

Recieved a phone call from interested landlord, he have a 5 and 6 beds HMOs, and willing to talk about working with us.
Viewing booked, fingers crossed.

Recieved a phonecall from one of the interested landlord. I have explained how we could help him, however, we couldnt find a golden spot with the amount of guaranted rent.
Batch 3 of D2V letters will be out this weekend.
