I first started my property journey away back in the mid 1980's when I bought a Estate Agents/property auctioneering business in my native Northern Ireland. My first journey into property development was a block of new appartments in 1989. I have since done many deals over the years mainly in the residential sector. S
ome have been single houses that were refurbished and either sold or let and others have been bigger projects where commercial properties have been converted to residential etc. Most of my property sourcing has been for my own projects but periodically over the years I sourced properties for projects from non personal parties. Last year I decided to make third party property sourcing a formal part of my business hence the folrmation of Gala Property Services Ltd. Our property sourcing covers all types of property projects depending on the investor with whom we are working with. Properties we source can be anything from teraced houses ripe for renovation into luxury HMO's, properties that can be converted to be made suitable for the short term rental market, commercial properties that have permitted development rights to be converted into residential use etc. All our work is done with integrity, honesty and purpose.
