🌳 Helping our young trees thrive 🌳
You may have noticed green Treegators appearing around some of the younger trees on the Estate.
Our onsite Mitie team are installing these to support the regular watering programme already in place on the Estate. All newly planted trees are watered for their first two to three years while they establish, and the Treegators help provide slow, steady watering directly to the roots, particularly during warmer or drier weather.
They are just one of the ways we are looking after new planting across the Estate and helping our green spaces grow and mature over time.

🚧 Upcoming Carriageway Repairs 🚧

The Nottingham Castle Team have made us aware of an event that will be taking place at Nottingham Castle on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th April.

This is a ticketed event with a capacity of 2,800 people. Session times are as follows:

• Friday 24th April 2026: 17:00 – 22:00
• Saturday 25th April 2026: 12:00 – 22:00

Regulated entertainment will cease at: 21:45 on both dates, with a curfew: 22:00.

If you experience any anti-social behaviour or noise issues related to the event, you can call 07720 898365 to enable you to speak directly with a Nottingham City Council venue representative so that we may respond to the issue.

🛣️Update & Thank You

Thank you to the residents who took the time to report the sinkhole at the junction of Cavendish Crescent South and South Road over the weekend, we really appreciate your assistance. Our on‑site maintenance team attended first thing this morning to make the area safe. Nottingham City Council will be completing their carriageway repairs on Peveril Drive on Thursday 23rd April. 🌱 Grass Maintenance – Lincoln & Newcastle Circus

🚧 Gully Maintenance – Starting Monday 9th March 🚧

There are over 300 road gullies across the Estate that help remove surface water. To keep them working properly, we arrange for all gullies to be emptied and checked once a year.
During this process:
• Debris is removed from the gully base
• The outlet is checked and cleared
• The gully is refilled with water to confirm it is draining correctly
• Where necessary, the connecting drain is jetted to ensure water can flow freely to the sewer

To allow contractors access, we kindly ask residents and visitors not to park over kerb side gullies between 8:00am and 4:00pm on the relevant day.
