📢 We're Hiring! 📢
Cunningham Lettings is looking for a full-time Property Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract, with a view to the role becoming permanent thereafter.
This is a busy and varied role managing a portfolio of student properties in Nottingham. Previous property management or lettings experience is preferred, along with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would also be an advantage.
If you're motivated, enjoy problem-solving and would like to join a friendly, experienced team, we'd love to hear from you.
