Nature has a wonderful way of supporting our wellbeing.
At Broxtowe Women's Project, we see the positive impact that green spaces, gardening and creative activities can have on women and children recovering from the effects of domestic abuse. Whether it's spending time in our garden, planting seeds, enjoying the fresh air or taking a moment to relax with one of our nature-themed colouring activities, these simple moments can help reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing.
To mark World Environment Day, why not take some time to connect with nature? You can download our free colouring sheets and enjoy a mindful moment inspired by the natural world.

Sometimes the smallest actions, like colouring a picture, planting a seed, or sitting in the garden, can make a big difference to how we feel.
