Over at the new build in Kirkby in Ashfield today and this one is really starting to take shape now 👏🏼

Spotlights, heat pump and electrics are almost finished, and the radiators have now gone in too. Next will be the more detailed interior parts like the kitchen installation, bathrooms, skirting boards and doors, before finishing off the external parts of the property 🏡

Today I’m over in Kirkby-in-Ashfield checking in on this new build I showed you a few weeks ago… and wow, the progress 😍

Last time I was here it was all boarded out now the plaster’s on, the rooms are really starting to take shape, and you can properly see the home coming together. I’ve just done the floor plan too, which makes it even more real!

Honestly, I’m a little bit in awe. The speed these guys are working at, without compromising on quality, is incredible. The standard of finish, the detail… everything about it is just gorgeous.

This one is a three-bedroom home with a family bathroom, downstairs WC, open-plan living, driveway, and it’s all brand new this year such a fantastic opportunity.
