BRRRRRR!!!!!! It may be freezing outside - but that doesn’t stop us shifting upwards of 40 tonnes of lovely topsoil into what will be the new gardens.

We have the lovely folks at to thank - the stuff they grow beet in is the highest quality. They shake it all off down the road in Newark, and then sell it on. All from farms within a 20 mile radius. Brilliant!

AIRTIGHT -ALRIGHT!

Think this isn’t the best thing you’ve seen all day? Think again! The more airtight your home is, the less you feel the draught and the less you need the heating on. Every new house should come with a score (in 🇬🇧 it’s been no more than 10 for ages, which is pathetic...)

So today we hit 1.3 and 1.5 for our two new homes - and that means, thanks to the ventilation system now being installed, these are going to be VERY comfortable places to live 👏👏👏👏👏
