Our women-only cycling sessions are perfect for anyone who has never ridden a bike before or is still gaining confidence. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, our expert instructors will support you every step of the way.

We’ve seen a post from our neighbours in Forest Fields highlighting concerns about waste dumping in their area.

Research suggests that fly-tipping and littering can have a “broken windows” effect, where visible neglect can encourage further dumping and other anti-social behaviour. When waste is left unchecked, it can send the message that nobody cares, making the problem worse over time.

That’s why it’s important that communities like Hyson Green, Forest Fields, and surrounding areas work together to report issues, support clean-up efforts, and take pride in the places where we live.

A cleaner environment benefits everyone. 💚
