***GUGB2022 - I’LL SHAVE MY HEAD FOR £5k!!!!!***

Half jokingly Adam said he’ll shave his head for this year's GUGB2022 Mental Health Matters if we donated £5,000 to this year's £150,000 Charity fundraiser.

We set about a ‘whip around the room’ to get the funds together.

Coming in only £190 short I offered to match our Property Entrepreneurs £5k if they hit the target and within seconds the money was in, the clippers were out and the ABSOLUTE LEGEND that is Mr Adam Goff shaved his head for GUGB2022 Mental Health Matters.

DRAWING IT

Whilst we've already established that it is the minority entrepreneurs and the market and industry leaders and elites that go out and make 20, 30, 40% EOY net profits, making money and raising it is not the only challenge.

Whether you're here now or you experience this in a few years' time, you will get to a point where you are generating significant six and seven-figure profits and need to understand how to effectively structure your business, master your money and draw your finances efficiently.

In this session, we've covered the essential model of Personal Cashflow Management (PCM) which is the blueprint that all of our Property Entrepreneurs use to master their personal finances down to the penny in less than 15 minutes a month.

Second, is that once we've made the money and understand how to effectively keep it, we then need to be able to draw it efficiently and in this blueprint we've taken our Property Entrepreneurs through our annual review of how to draw £100,000 from your business in the next 12 months completely tax-free.

RAISING IT

There are only two types of money that you need in your business:

1. Capital

2. Cashflow

Whilst cash flow will be achieved by having a solid business model that we trained our Property Entrepreneurs the blueprint for in the last session, capital comes from understanding how to effectively raise funds.

Fundraising is something that might seem daunting to many first-year Property Entrepreneurs, however, when you become experienced and established in the six different levels of how to raise money your confidence and competence to raise five, six and seven-figure finance will be an absolute game-changer for the future of your business.

Whilst traditional debt is bad, understanding how to leverage equity and investment capital is essential and having been through the levels of this blueprint now our Property Entrepreneurs know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Organic growth is one thing but being able to fundraise and strategically step change is another level completely.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN™

In this third Advanced Property Entrepreneur workshop, we've taken our experienced Property Entrepreneurs through how to bring each of their team members to the next level using a Professional Development Plan™ (PDP).

Every year, through the Winter months of January, February and March, we meet with our team members, explore their aspirations and align those with our company objectives for the year.
From this, we create both phased contracts and PDPs. These enable the business to progress and gain momentum and allow the team to achieve focus and reward as they deliver on their annual targets.

When you understand that business is all a game, that everyone needs to be a winner and how you can use business modelling and PDPs to achieve this, the progress of your business will fundamentally step change.

There's a big difference between having a team that wins championships and having staff who wave cars around car parks at music festivals. Having a clear strategy, supporting objectives and putting support and PDPs in place is the single most valuable way to take your team with you.
