As well as the larger builds, we are available for smaller jobs. Recently we have added a brick border to a flower bed, Bricked up a window, replaced a vanity unit, and patched up an archway above a upvc door.

⭐Garage conversion and porch build⭐

Converting this garage into a fully functioning living space up to the spec of an extra bedroom included the full works. We started by bricking up the door and back window, adding a front window as we went. From there the inside was insulated and boarded out before plaster and woodwork were added.

Adding to that, we also boarded out the loft space above to make that useable, and added an open porch to the front of the house, making the hallway bigger and more practical.

🌟 Garden Storage Space🌟

This client is having an extension in the new year, and needed to increase storage space ready for the job ahead. With this in mind we designed a multi-functional garden building.
We started by laying a concrete base to give a solid foundation, then built the timber frame. The exterior walls were clad in feather-edge, the roof finished with an EDPM system, and the hidden door built to add a level of security. Inside we built racking ready to house building materials - a solid structure all-round!

🌟Bespoke Garden Buildings🌟

This client wanted a made-to-measure garden building for work, leisure, and storage. With that in mind we came up with a two-part design - a main building big enough for any use, and a shed area to the side, all finished with smart decking.

First of all, we removed all the existing raised beds and installed a new, level framework supported on posts. Next up we built the stud walls, added the roof joists and wrapped the building in OSB supplied by Coltman Bros - Your Timber Specialist, before adding a vapour barrier and cladding in feather-edge.

The rubber roof was installed, and inside we added laminate flooring, a plastered ceiling, and fitted the UPVC doors. T.Glass Electrical worked his magic on the electrics, and the inside was finished with wooden cladding on the walls.

Around the building we added the decking walkway, and the shed to the side was built using feather-edge to match the main building. The finished article looks sleek and functional all in one!

🌟Bathroom revamp🌟

We were tasked with fitting two new bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath.

To start we took out the old fixtures and fittings that were faulty and leaking and removed and replaced the damaged floor including joists and floorboards. Next, we installed the new sinks, shower tray, bath and toilets, along with new plastic panelling for the walls.

🌟Internal Wall Removal🌟

This client wanted a wall removed to create a spacious kitchen/diner. We took out the existing wall, put in a steel beam, and sourced a plasterer to finish it off ready for decorating.

All work was completed with the building inspector on call to ensure it was done to the highest standard and in line with regulations.

🌟Bespoke Shed🌟

This shed was designed and built entirely from scratch. We removed the old shed, re-laid the patio and built the new shed from timber and feather edge.

This shed features a felt roof and hand made door, as per the client's specification and worked out more cost effective than most pre-built sheds on the market.

🌟Living room redo🌟

This living room needed a full overhaul. We stripped back the old plaster, pulled up the flooring and opened up the fireplace, before handing over to T.Glass Electrical and LD Brown Plastering once again.

We then fitted a stunning antique fireplace and mantelpiece, and laid the new laminate flooring. New skirting and architraves were also fitted to complete the makeover.

🌟Extension🌟

We worked with Weddington Builders on this single storey flat roof extension. We did the initial design and the groundworks, calling in John to pitch in on blockwork and the roof.

We then knocked through into the existing kitchen, called in our friends at LD Brown Plastering, Vision Ceramics and T.Glass Electrical to do their thing, and fitted the reclaimed kitchen and worktops.
