Come to change just the decking boards but unfortunately the joists were rotten aswell. Customer wanted the complete job changed for new like for like.All of the timber frame was treated with creoseal three times .
The decking boards and rails were treated with ronseal decking oil .

Removed the old toilet ,Ripped up ceramic tiles , fitted new flooring and a new toilet .customer is going to fit new ski...

Redirect the condensation pipe from the boiler . Repoint some joints and applied bitumen paint.
