Basin Pop up plugs replaced.

Water leaks.
Roof light sky lights replaced.
Door hinges replaced.
Gas changeover regulators.
Garden taps.
Relocate mains taps for easy access.
Ignition on gas fire.
Remove gas fires.
Washing machines plumbing.
