As a client landlord, we will establish from the point of instruction the profile of tenant you require and market your property accordingly. We will select and reference appropriate tenants, issue legal documentation and produce a full inventory. With our full managed service we will even provide rent guarantee and legal expenses cover. However, our service does not end there – we will deal with rent collection, reviews, arrears, regular property inspections and reports, property repairs and maintenance and much more.
