It is with deep regret that I have to inform everyone who doesn’t know Morris Property stopped trading at the end of August. This is due to the current rise in costs, our useless government and the Bank of England raising rates. Which is putting landlords and small businesses under immense pressure. Just how they think crippling small landlords is helping an already social housing problem is beyond me.
Lastly I’d like to thank our customers and contractors who I’ve had the pleasure to work with and the tenants who paid on time every month. Kindest of regards and all the best for the future.
