We are very pleased that Harriet Tudor has been asked to become an Ambassador for the Society of Agriculture, and we're looking forward to supporting her to promote their work

We were delighted to continue our collaboration with the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs through a recent Ambassador training day at the NFYFC Centre, Stoneleigh Park.

The day focused on communication, advocacy, professionalism and leadership, supporting confident voices who can help champion UK agriculture.

On Tuesday 11th November, Emma Reynolds was questioned by the Commons EFRA Committee. We learned that DEFRA’s policy direction remains broadly steady, with a growing focus on how farming profitability and environmental improvements can support the government’s wider growth agenda.

Mid Tier Countryside Stewardship - 1 Year Extensions

DEFRA has announced that those with Mid Tier Countryside Stewardship Agreements set to end in December 2025 will be offered a 1 year extension.

Further information on the extension will be released in due course.
