✨ Another beautiful bathroom transformation in Aughton – Long Lane ✨
This bathroom was completed in Long Lane, Aughton, for a lovely couple, creating a beautifully balanced space that works perfectly within this charming period cottage.
The real standout feature of this bathroom is how beautifully the tile colour brings the whole room together, picking up and complementing the tones of the brushed brass fittings, wall colour and Antico flooring. Every element has been carefully chosen to create a warm, elegant and timeless finish that feels perfectly at home within the character of the property.
We installed a spacious walk-in shower, complete with a bespoke recessed wall niche, providing practical storage while keeping the clean lines of the design. The shower area is finished with stylish glass screening and brushed brass fittings, continuing the warm tones throughout the room.
The traditional-style wall panelling, dado rail and skirting boards add character and complement the cottage setting beautifully, while the concealed toilet cistern keeps the overall look clean and uncluttered.
A stunning freestanding bath takes centre stage beneath the window, paired with a matching brushed brass floor-standing bath shower mixer and traditional detailing, creating the perfect place to relax.
The bespoke vanity unit with ceramic basin, brass handles and matching brushed brass basin tap adds both elegance and valuable storage, while the beautiful arched mirror and wall lights complete the look above the vanity.
The herringbone Antico flooring adds warmth, texture and movement to the room, tying together the natural tones of the tiles, panelling and painted finishes.
From the tile selection and detailed panelling to the bespoke vanity, brass fixtures, lighting and flooring, this was a project where every element was carefully considered to complement both the clients’ taste and the character of the cottage.
