NSW Properties were formed in 2004 when the company acquired its first student property. We now manage a property portfolio valued at over £25 million, covering Ormskirk and its surrounding areas. Originally based in offices on Church Street, Ormskirk the company opened a new showroom on the same street in October 2013. The heart of NSW has always been in student property and we have developed this business over time to meet the increasing needs of Ormskirks' student community. Building on our extensive range of traditional house shares, we now manage purpose-built student accommodation developments like the hugely popular development on St Helens Road in the Town Centre which opened in 2011. Our success in the student rentals sector naturally led to professional rental. Using our wealth of local knowledge and property experience, we quickly established NSW as the number 1 letting agent in Ormskirk Town Centre and we are looking to continue this growth with the integration of property sales to the Company in 2014. Our commercial property portfolio has established NSW as the key player in the Ormskirk area. We have a dedicated and focused team with an in-depth knowledge of both the local and regional market combined with a commitment to delivering a high quality, personal service.
