We specialise in bespoke house building and the renovation, extension and refurbishment of

town and country period homes throughout Cheshire and Lancashire. We are members of the "Federation of Master Builders", Salco (The architectural Salvage Association), we are lifetime members of "Checkmate Building Guarantees" we provide a 10 year guarantee on all new builds and conversions. We are LABC award winning house builders for best housing – small developer 2009 awarded for "Building Excellence".

WE ARE HIRING

Skilled Labourer Required.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Unloading building materials and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean working environment.
• Using power tools inc grinders drills etc.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• Good practical skills.
• Familiarity with plant and machinery.
• Able to follow health and safety guidelines.
• A full driving license is essential.
• Vehicle may be provided subject to discussion.
This position could well be full time to the right person.
