The venue is right next to Piccadilly Station and just an 18 minute walk from our apartment. It's even quicker if you take the train back to Oxford Road Station! 👣🚃

🎟️ If any of you are lucky enough to get tickets but nowhere to stay, why not stay with us at our luxury city centre apartment within walking distance of the stadium.⠀ ⠀⠀

🚷 If you can’t face the 37 minute walk – why not catch the tram from around the corner just a 5 minute walk away? 🚋 ⠀⠀

It's been a while since we have given an update for our Manchester serviced apartment update, so here goes...

Surprisingly July and August didn't perform up to expectations even though the summer holidays were in full swing for kids - we had occupancy rates of 64% and 55% respectively.

September faired much better with a PB of 90% for us. We were over the moon at that. We had a total of 11 guests which works out to 2.8 nights per guest. A good result all round. 🆗

October and November are already looking decent so hopefully there will be no cancellations . 🔮

Finally, we'd like to give a shout out to who have been managing the apartment for us and securing some decent guests and reviews. Looking forward to a strong end to 2022!

👀 What a view! 👀

Firstly looking out over Mid-Wales, then Shropshire (you can see the Wrekin near Telford) and finally towards Cheshire where you can just make out Frodsham. 🏔️⛰️

This is the view from the top of Rodney's Pillar which is a monument on Breidden Hill in Powys just over the English/Welsh border from Oswestry. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Being from Oswestry, we've known about this monument for many years, but didn't realise it was so old. It was actually built in 1781 to commemorate the naval victories of Sir George Brydges Rodney who was Admiral of the White during the American War of Independence. ⚓🪖⚓

A pretty cool place to spend the morning and a good bit of exercise - over 8km in total from the car park to the top and back. 👣

How about washing away your Monday morning blues with a trip to Liverpool!?!
