LED strip lighting installed neatly within an aluminium profile, with a dusk-to-dawn sensor added for automatic control. 🌙💡

This has totally transformed the front of the building, giving it a clean, modern look.

🔌 Upgrade time!
Out with the old rewireable fuse board and in with a new split-load consumer unit featuring dual RCDs and SPD protection for added safety.
Finished off by replacing the oven extraction hood too. 👌

🔧 Consumer Unit Upgrade Completed!

Following issues highlighted during the recent EICR, today we replaced the old Wylex rewireable fuse consumer unit. The original unit was located in the outside meter box, and it’s now been safely relocated into the garage for improved safety and accessibility.

A new FuseBox consumer unit fitted with RCBOs and an SPD has been installed, along with a 10mm² cable to supply the new electric shower.

Another step toward a safer, more modern, and fully compliant electrical installation! ⚡
