Forge Property Consultants is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Agent, ideally MRICS qualified and with a proven track record in securing instructions and sales negotiation to lead and expand our commercial agency portfolio across Shropshire and North Wales. This is an important and strategic role requiring a proactive individual to help us grow this area of our business.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Directors and other members of the team where they have agricultural and rural clients undertaking diversification or development schemes. The successful candidate can be based between our Wrexham and Oswestry offices and will operate primarily within a 20-mile radius of these locations.
