The Government receives around £1b a month in stamp duty and land tax payments (based on 2019 receipts) from property transactions which is a significant amount and the early thoughts amongst some key figures in our industry are intimating a strong likeliness that we will be one of the sectors that will be allowed to work again providing social distancing is adhered to. Walk through videos and tours allow us to get a head start on this for the time being.
