"I can’t recommend Spencer Darrington highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic and a real asset to Curchods. Selling my flat turned out to be far from straightforward, with ongoing back-and-forth between solicitors and building management over a roofing issue. It could easily have become a very stressful and difficult situation, but Spencer handled everything with calmness, patience, and total professionalism throughout. He kept things moving, communicated clearly at every stage, and was always reassuring when challenges arose. I genuinely believe that without Spencer as the sale negotiator, the process would have been significantly more complicated and stressful. Curchods are very fortunate to have someone like Spencer on their team.
