We are looking for a new member to join our team at Just Lets in Oundle:

Just Lets is a Family owned and run Lettings and Property Management company with a long record of excellence, and exceptional service.
The office is a busy hub but we try to ensure everyone has time to laugh and de-stress!

We are looking for someone with a positive and sunny disposition who will be able to assist in all aspects of Lettings and Property Management:

Handling of client and tenant enquiries in an effective and timely manner

Dealing with maintenance and liaising with contractors / tenants for access and landlords with quotes

Ensuring compliance and legislation relating to each property is up-to-date

Notifying utility companies and council tax office of change of tenancies

Arranging, and attending to property visits
Viewings

Check-in's

Inventories

Applicants must be thorough, honest, reliable and use initiative.

Ideally a candidate will have prior experience within the Lettings industry however this isn't absolute.
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £18,500.00-£25,000.00 per year depending on experience
