🚨 Important Service Update

Due to a burst Thames Water main on Iffley Road, some of our guests may experience temporary loss of water supply or reduced water pressure.

Thames Water engineers are currently on site carrying out emergency repairs, and we are monitoring the situation closely.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. While this issue is outside of our control, our team is doing everything possible to support our guests and will continue to provide updates as soon as we receive them.
