Highly recommend Concept Solutions. Jamie and his team were fantastic from start to finish. From the original call out to organising all of the repairs to dealing with the insurance company and their loss adjusters, it was all done to a very high and professional standard without us having to lift a finger. What could have been a horribly complicated job for us to deal with, Jamie sorted out everything, making it all so simple. Thank you!

had a really great experience with Concept Claim solutions. we had a leak that damaged our floor and I didnt have to do anything! they took all the conversations with the insurer, found a contractor to fix everything and they did a great job. I have a nicer floor than i did before the leak :) highly recommend!

Getting Jamie and Concept involved in the insurance claim is worth it. Literally no stress. Jamie dealt with our insurance company, organized the builder, who i would use again. (Paul and his team were brilliant, tolerated a lunch stealing dog, and me who took to long to make decisions!) Can't recommend enough - hopefully never have to use Concept Claims services again, but would if needed

I have used Concept Solutions Oxford on 2 separate claims. The first was for my grade 2 listed apartment, which had suffered water damage to walls and ceiling. The 2nd occasion was for a claim for water ingress at our family home following a winter storm. In both cases Jamie was quick on the scene to assess the damage with his contractor and to determine next steps. His knowledge, experience and professionalism in dealing with our insurers was invaluable. Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful and complicated. Jamie took charge, making the claims process relatively hands free for my wife and I. His determination and success in getting the best outcome for us was admirable. He works with highly qualified trades people ensuring the repairs are done on time and to a high specification.
