Our aim at Platform Property is to revolutionise estate agency and bring it into the now with outstanding photography and customer service. We are what is known as a ‘hybrid’ agency, this means that we offer a full agency service to sell your home but at a fraction of the price. How can we do that? We don’t have many overheads! We believe at Platform Property that an agency does not need a high st

reet facing office to sell property, the key is to invest in MARKETING, which is why our clients’ homes are on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location plus another 37 property websites. So, how else are you different? Our office in Old Oxted is made up of a team of hardworking local individuals with a passion for people and property. Our opening hours between 8am – 8pm 7 days a week, meaning one of us is always on hand to help you, whether it be a catch up regarding the market or accompanying your late viewing for that all-important London buyer. It doesn’t stop there, we have our own sales progression department headed by director Dan and his trusty workaholic Toni who will not rest until your property is through to completion. Anything else I should know? With our company being ‘hybrid’ we can present and market property further and wider, essentially bringing our agency to you.
