It’s been 15 months since we last posted. We’ve been really busy wrapping up a large refurb job. Then we moved onto a house demolition (and ground up 4 bed new build in Leckhampton). This house has just been completed too. A ground up new build in Bishops Cleeve. It’s a well specified 3 bed 3 bathroom property. We hope you like it, we are very proud of what we’ve created.

After 12.5 weeks we are finally finished. It’s difficult to explain how challenging this loft conversion has been. 9 separate steels (we’d normally have just 2). Splitting a bedroom downstairs to create a landing and dressing room. A full 4m x 2m huge ensuite. A full new roof and a cottage dormer to the rear (more work in these dormers than a full box dormer). Clients really happy with just a few days wait until the carpets are laid

Very close to wrapping up our Leckhampton loft conversion. Taken longer than anticipated due to having to replace the whole roof (2000 slates to be precise). Really happy with the large ensuite which is an understated traditional period suite with some countryhouse elements thrown in.
