Another first for me this week.
Recolouring a badly faded leather suite.

Decking revival.
Good scrub with decking cleaner followed by a jetwash off.
Applying a clear decking stain gives a lovely natural finish.

Prefabricated Summerhouse built on a levelled slab base in my own garden.
Slabs were layed on compacted sand on a w**d membrane as i prefered not to bed them on concrete.

External repaint on a semi.
Few cracks repaired with Toupret masonry filler,
then 2 coats of Sandtex 15yr masonry paint totally transformed this house

Here is the Kitchen which forms part of the bedsit i refurbished.
I cannot take credit for fitting the worktops and sink, as not having a router and jig would have made it very tricky for me.

So major changes included...
Filling in existing doorway with stud wall so the kitchen units could flow better into the space.
Opening up a wall to make a doorway into a cupboard that was originally accessed from behind (blocked off with stud wall from behind).
My first attempt at plastering, which i am happy to say is pretty tidy for an amateur😁

Been so busy over the last 12 months think its time to add a few jobs completed from last year.
This is the lounge from a bedsit that was stuck in the 70's.
Horrific fireplace removed and tidied up with a new slate hearth.
Floor sanded and varnished.
Door moved to opposite side of frame.
Picture rail removed and walls made good.
Wallpaper removed, and old paint sealed before full repaint in Matt white and Farrow and Ball blue.

Bit of a transformation on these steps for a lovely customer at Cyntwell Guest House, Padstow
Jet washed, re surfaced the bottom 4 crumbling steps with fresh concrete, but tried to keep them a bit rustic looking to blend in, then 2 coats of masonary paint to all the step front faces and the wall.

Just 1 month into setting up as Han-D-Chap, and im fully booked up into March.

Toolbox colour change wrap this weekend.
New lower section was purchased in orange, but his top section was white.
No point spending out for an new identical top in the right colour. So i wrapped it for him in Oracal 970RA 'Daggi orange'

Had a much deserved long weekend off.
So tidied up some bits on the Pug workhorse today😁.
Removed the cracking faded matt black door vinyl sections between the windows and replaced with a nice bit of KPMF 'perfect black' gloss.
And finally found time to Carbon wrap my mirror covers. Done in 1 piece with KPMF.
