This game is getting absolutely stupid. There's a hotel near us (the Redc****e) which closed last month for multi-million renovations. It was all online, Devon Live, Torbay Weekly, all them clickbait sites (even posted about it in here), and is due to open in 6 months after the work is done. Now it looks like it's getting TikTok famous as "explorers" have been in to video it and act like it's some derelict, abandoned shell?!
It's getting absolutely stupid now. Is Urbex actually now just 'get into a closed building as soon as it shuts for a bit'??? In that case, any business that close on Sundays, are they an urbex target on Sundays too?
As I've said in the past, my gold tip; go the day before it closes down; take a load of pics: wait a few days for to officially close; post pics; well done, you're famous as the first that got in.
There's an empty Lidl here too. Apparently that's an urbex target too. A huge, empty, shell, that used to be a LIDL. A f*cking LIDL.
If it carries on this direction, it's f*cked. As actual REAL security/workmen who find you on their site where their expensive tools are, aren't gonna be as soft as the mercenary security companies protecting some old knackered shell, where every they don't really care about, they are just doing a job.
Anyone that does this, or associates with people that would do this, do us a favour. Post below why you do this or promote this. What story are you trying to tell with the videos? I'm coming across as a right grumpy c**t, but I'd genuinely love to be educated.
