Lovely double glazed and heated caravan for hire in a quiet position on Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park, yet still close to the park's facilities. The caravan has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) plus a pull-out double in the lounge, so it will comfortably sleep six guests. Pillows, duvets and protectors are supplied, but not bed linen (i.e pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers). The kitchen is
well equipped and includes a hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge has a large seating area and beautiful fireplace for those cooler evenings. A flat screen TV with a DVD player is provided. There is also a separate area for dining. The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, heated towel rail and shelving for towels and toiletries. Our caravan has heating throughout, a hoover and an iron and ironing board. A welcome pack will be left for you to browse through. This will include a map of the park, all the facilities available for you and the local attractions which are very popular in the area. Outside the caravan is a large green area to sit and enjoy the sun or to have a BBQ with your family and friends. The facilities at Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park include an indoor swimming pool with a flume side and whirlpool bath; a fitness suite, steam room and sauna which is part of the leisure complex for those wishing to keep fit and then relax afterwards; a huge heated outdoor pool which is next to a children's park; plus adventure golf to keep you busy. Other park activities include a multi-use games area, soft play and an amusement arcade. Relax and enjoy any meal at the Brasserie 1912, a drink at the bar or a coffee and cake at the café. There is also the option of a takeaway if you wish to eat at the caravan. There is entertainment for everyone, including bingo, game shows, in-house productions including live acts, party bands and one-off special events. The children's entertainment is fantastic and will keep the kids busy throughout your stay. **** All are subject to time of the year and Covid-19 rules and regulations at that time. There is a shop on site too, which is located 2 minutes from the caravan for your convenience. The launderette is also only 2 minutes away if required. The park has so much to offer and your passes will be included in our rental price. The local beach, Goodrington Sands, is only a short 15 minute walk from the Park and the fantastic Paignton Zoo is only 2 miles away. A maximum of six guests can stay in the caravan for health and safety reasons. Hoburne requires details of all guests, you must provide names, DOB, your address, telephone numbers and car registration number. The details are protected and only used for insurance purposes. A security deposit of £50 for up to a week and £100 for 2 weeks + will be required to cover any damages or if the caravan is not left in the same condition that is was upon arrival.
