Another kitchen install from 2019.
Not so straight forward this one.
Some time ago the clients decided to have their rear courtyard built up so that it was all one level. Unfortunately due to bad information they chose the highest level and built the new patio above their damp course level. This caused significant water ingess into the property which completely destroyed the timber plate their floor joist were sitting on. Thus causing the timbers to drop. The kitchen was 15 years old so we fitted a new one at the same time!!
