PROJECT COMPLETE ✅

We are very pleased to announce the completion of the external decoration at Eastcombe Farm manor. We completed this in June 2026 but now with the scaffolding down it’s time to showcase this project.

This exterior, now in its shining glory. Faced some challenges along the way. With the render being granite along with the window sills, it proved to be an involved process to paint.

The sills being kept as a raw material meant thorough protection was necessary to keep the characteristic of the building along with preserving the granite to keep it in its natural form.

50 year old basement door, brought up to modern standards. Windows carefully sealed which enabled crisp solid lines throughout.

We also repointed the front of the property where the render meets the slabs to ensure a consistent finish.

Driveway gates recently completed in kingskerswell 🚪 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

The timber was pressure treated prior to installation.

One heavy coat of WeatherShield preservative followed by 2x coats of Sadolin Superdec Satin in the colour Anthracite grey.

Hallway, stairs and landing completed for this client ✅

The colour chosen was Egyptian Cotton which adds a subtle warm tone. Beige carpets to be laid in the near future alongside wallpapering the stairwell 👌🏼

Another Half ‘n Half children’s bedroom completed ✅

This is a great way to add colour to a room without drenching the entire space. Being such a dark colour, this allows the brightness of the white to evenly blend creating a light but distinctive feature 🙌🏼

Recent spare bedroom transformation.
Artex ceiling skimmed flush along with the 1970’s pine wardrobe and skirtings modernised.

Now a bright and fresh space compared to its previous appearance 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽
