It’s been a while since we posted but we are still working in the background, doing what we love: viewing properties in need of TLC 🏚❤️

We are looking at potential projects all over Cornwall but the insane market is making this more challenging 💪

Perseverance is the key and hopefully we can get one of these beauties over the line 🔜🏘🏡

As property investors we sometimes focus on profits and numbers and can forget what a buyer looks for when buying their forever home.

So when we were asked to tell our story to a national newspaper about looking and finding our perfect home as we were moving from London to Cornwall, we had to recall the issues we faced at that time.

It’s not an easy decision buying a house as you might be investing your lifetime savings in it, so thanks to Alistair Grant we gave a bit of an insight of what we did and worked from a buyer’s prospective and also added a little bit from our experience as property investors.
