We met so many great local business owners while we were out filming our local area guides. It is something special to live in a place where the local community really supports each other.

This week we are focussing on FTY Lab We spent the morning with Eddie and Tom who showed us round and we were blown away!! FTY Lab is a football gym and is the first of its kind in the UK. A fantastic way for people of all ages to improve their all round game, skill and fitness. Great fun and really worth a visit.
