The sale that nearly didn't happen

It was close,Very close.
We'd been informed the buyer could proceed.
Then we found out three properties needed to sell first.

We advised our vendor to be careful, the risk was real.
They decided to go ahead, and for a while, it looked like it was going to fall through entirely.

The other agent in the chain hadn't been completely straight with us.
The sale was going down.

So I got involved, pushed hard, managed every moving part, and we got it over the line.

The vendor walked into the office afterwards with a huge box of red and white w**e.
Said he just wanted us to know how much he appreciated it.

That's the job.
And it never gets old.
