Introducing: House on the Avenue

We’re very excited to share our latest project...
House on the Avenue is a beautiful modern family home that’s about to undergo a major transformation. Designed for a young family, we’re creating a substantial side and rear extension that will completely reimagine how they live and enjoy their home.

The heart of the project will be a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows effortlessly out to the stunning garden – the perfect space for family life and entertaining.
The side extension will add all-important practicality too, with generous storage, a large utility room and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs, we’re creating larger bedrooms, along with a brand-new ensuite and walk-in wardrobe for the principal bedroom.

This is going to be an incredible transformation, and we can’t wait to bring it to life.

The plans have now been submitted for planning approval, and we’ll be sharing the journey as things develop. Watch this space... this one’s going to be epic!

This house didn’t need more space. It needed a better layout. The Heol y Bont Bungalow had plenty of space - it just wasn’t working hard enough.

A narrow galley kitchen led to an oversized breakfast room, the pantry opened from the wrong side & the layout felt disconnected.

We’ve turned it on its head!

The old kitchen is becoming a separate utility, the redundant breakfast room is now the main kitchen, doors have been relocated and the pantry reworked. Creating a much better flow for family life.

We’re also raising the kitchen window, adding French doors and introducing a roof light to bring as much natural light as possible.

Sometimes you don’t need more space.

You just need to make the space you have work better 🤍

Everyone loves a finished renovation… but this is what the process actually looks like…

Three weeks into our Heol y Bont bungalow renovation, and today was dramatic! We knocked through from the dining room into the kitchen, completely opening up the space. It might just look like dust, rubble and a missing wall right now, but this will transform how my client lives in this house.

This new layout will give us a much larger kitchen, a separate utility room, a walk-in pantry, and a skylight that will flood what was once a dark breakfast area with natural light.

It’s a building site, but you can really start to see the vision coming together.

You won’t believe what we fit into this kitchen…

The project at Berkley Drive was all about making a smaller space work harder; without compromising on design, function, or quality.

The brief was ambitious: maximum storage, double ovens, full-size appliances, and a clean, open feel for a couple downsizing from a larger home.

Our solution? A completely bespoke kitchen, designed by us and handmade in Wales, tailored to every inch of the space and the way our clients live.
This is what thoughtful design and true craftsmanship can achieve.

A big milestone at Heritage House… the kitchen is in.

What was once an empty extension is now starting to feel like the heart of the home and it’s all coming together beautifully. (Worktops still to come… but we’re nearly there.)
These are the moments we love most in a project, when the vision starts to become reality.
