Who is MoJo Property Negotiations’?
We are Mo and Jo a husband and wife team and our company is called MoJo Property Negotiations’.
Our focus is on providing negotiation service for people in the property business. We work with them to get the best from any deals they have. Looking at the best strategies for your deal. From rent 2 rent to lease option deals, we work with the client to get them the best return on their investment.
Negotiating new deals, consolidating existing deals. Re-negotiating deals that have come to end of term. Finding solutions to deals that have become un-profitable.
How we get paid
We ask for a small fixed fee at the start of the negotiations. This is to cover any expenses incurred during the negotiations. Any other fee is agreed upfront with the client. Normally this is between 8% of any increases in the deals profitability.

With over 30 years’ experience in client management, in both retail and the construction industry, Mo has gained an exceptional amount of knowledge in dealing with people. Using skills to negotiate the best from those he worked with and for.

Who is Jo?
With 25 years’ experience work in school. Jo has worked with special needs children and has gained a vast amount of negotiation skills doing this.
Working in a strategic role in planning the development of children.
She is the behind the scene operations. The one that challenges the norm and gives MoJo Property Negotiations’ the balance opinion.
