Even though we are living through difficult times, it is important that you know I am still available to help you transform your home.

Due to the current Government guidelines on social distancing, at Everest we have some new options that are available to allow us to offer a service to meet your home improvement requirements:

- Skype, WhatsApp, video calls

- Email quotations

- Postal quotations

Using either a mobile phones, tablets or laptops, I can carry out virtual appointments in your home without the need to visit, in order to ascertain your requirements and what would best meet your needs. We can also assist in taking sizes to produce a detailed quotation for your consideration.

If you do not have access to IT resources, we can discuss the requirements over the telephone and post a quotation based on sizes taken by you.

We can discuss all the features you are looking for and email you a quotation and offer some extra discounts as no cost involved in a home visit.

If you wish to accept the offer, we can take a secure deposit over the phone and send paperwork to you through email.

These are times that we have to think outside the box, but life does go on.

If you would still prefer a home visits and you are well these are still on going and we are busy, so please book a slot with me. All we ask is that both parties work together to keep a distance and work together to keep safe.

Who is MoJo Property Negotiations’?

We are Mo and Jo a husband and wife team and our company is called MoJo Property Negotiations’.

Our focus is on providing negotiation service for people in the property business. We work with them to get the best from any deals they have. Looking at the best strategies for your deal. From rent 2 rent to lease option deals, we work with the client to get them the best return on their investment.

Negotiating new deals, consolidating existing deals. Re-negotiating deals that have come to end of term. Finding solutions to deals that have become un-profitable.

How we get paid
We ask for a small fixed fee at the start of the negotiations. This is to cover any expenses incurred during the negotiations. Any other fee is agreed upfront with the client. Normally this is between 8% of any increases in the deals profitability.

Who is Mo?

With over 30 years’ experience in client management, in both retail and the construction industry, Mo has gained an exceptional amount of knowledge in dealing with people. Using skills to negotiate the best from those he worked with and for.

An experienced, charismatic person, with an established history of achieving objectives utilising clear and adaptable styles.

Driven by challenge as well as success, adept in providing solutions and relentless in securing delivery of them to the highest standard.

With 25 years’ experience work in school. Jo has worked with special needs children and has gained a vast amount of negotiation skills doing this.
