So some work and maintenance was needed at the cottage, so the plumber (good mate) has been to stay of a few days.

New hot water heater fitted.
New shiny bathroom mixer tap to replace the old stiff one.
New improved shower unit to replace the old one that was starting to show signs of wear and tear.

Big thanks to Adam for a proper job.
