Due to the retirement of our current employee, a position has arisen for a motivated, hardworking and experienced maintenance operative to join our Family Run Property and Farm Business. This role could be part time or full time to suit the right candidate. We would expect the successful applicant to have a good working knowledge of interior/exterior property repair work, redecorating and preventative maintenance. Whilst not essential, the ideal candidate would be able to weld, and possibly have experience of work within a farm setting or hold other relevant skills.
The job lends itself to someone who enjoys variety in their working life, working as part of a small friendly family.
