👋 Hi, I’m Adam, the owner of North Lakes Cottages.
I founded North Lakes Cottages because I genuinely believed there was something missing in the holiday let industry!
My journey actually began with my other business, Haus Of Clean. “Haus” is the German word for “house”, reflecting our commitment to caring for every home to the highest possible standard, which has specialised in cleaning holiday cottages since July 2023.
Working behind the scenes in so many beautiful holiday homes has given me a unique insight into what owners and guests really need. During this time, I often felt that many owners weren’t receiving the level of communication, professionalism and care that they truly deserved.
That made me ask myself one simple question…

So, North Lakes Cottages was made.
My vision was to create a company that doesn’t just manage holiday homes, it cares for them as if they were our own.
From professional cleaning, laundry and housekeeping to guest communication, marketing, pricing, maintenance coordination and owner support, I provide a complete end-to-end property management service.

When you work with me, I’ll become your dedicated point of contact. I deal with guest enquiries, organise changeovers, coordinate contractors, resolve issues before they become problems and ensure your property is always presented to an exceptional standard.

My father is an experienced Projects Director, specialising in property assets, NHS estates, commercial construction, civil engineering, lift construction and large-scale property lifecycle management.
👀 This means I have access to decades of professional expertise whenever it’s needed.
Whether it’s property improvements, building maintenance, refurbishment advice, compliance or long-term asset planning, I can draw upon specialist knowledge to help owners make informed decisions and protect their investments.

My commission is a simple 10% + VAT.
I believe owners should keep as much of their rental income as possible whilst still receiving an exceptional level of service!
Many larger management companies charge 15–18% commission (or even more).
My pricing is completely transparent, meaning more of your hard-earned income stays exactly where it belongs, with you.
North Lakes Cottages has never been about managing hundreds of properties where owners become just another booking reference.
