Some of you may remember a post we shared earlier this year asking what matters most when booking a UK beach holiday.
At the time, we thought we'd found our next Cornwall holiday let. Sadly, after 9 weeks of waiting, the purchase fell through and we were back to square one.
Then, whilst spending my birthday in one of our favourite places in Cornwall, St Ives, we spotted this apartment that had just come onto the market.
As soon as we viewed it, we completely fell in love with it 🩵
Located in the heart of St Ives, the apartment sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 4 children, has little private terrace, views of Porthminster Beach from the main building door and is within walking distance of all five of St Ives' beautiful beaches, the harbour, shops and restaurants.
For anyone who knows St Ives, you'll know parking is like gold dust! 🚗 We're lucky enough to have a dedicated parking space included, just a short walk from the apartment.
As many of you know, I'm a dog owner myself and I did try my luck with the management company, but unfortunately I couldn't convince them to allow dogs. 🐾
Apparently there are people out there who holiday without dogs!
So if you're looking for a very dog-friendly Cornwall break, Our Gorgeous Perran Beach House has you covered in Perranporth for sandy paws and beach adventures. 🐾

The good news is it's already a successful holiday let, so there's not too much to do, just a few bits & bobs before welcoming our first guests 🏠
We're hoping to complete towards the end of next month and, if all goes to plan, open bookings shortly afterwards, with stays available from mid-August onwards.

☀️ Mid August – £1,300 per week
☀️ September – £1,200 per week
🍂 October – £1,100 per week
🏄♂️ October half-term - £1,200
🎄 Christmas & New Year– £1,200 per week
Weekly Saturday-to-Saturday stays during the main season April - October, with off peak breaks available from £450 for 3 nights any day of the week.
