Steve from Solihull came to us with his new Nissan Townstar. This was such a great van to work on. We insulated it throughout adding ply window panels and also a 2 section roof. Steve wanted to keep the factory plastics untouched so we ended up bonding timbers to roof and then boarding onto them. We also added a 9mm floor to keep it level with the step plastics and Steve opted to have the floor lined to match the sides. This will not be used for work, more of a hobby so he will be able to look after the inside of this van. Thanks for the work Steve hope you enjoy the van 👍🏼

Reece Marshall came back from Marshall’s Services (Stafford) to have his new personal van sorted with a Bed. Although it will be a little while before this van goes live on the road he’s getting his priorities right getting the bed in first before the toolbox and racking goes in.
We added a floating bed in here with a halo (in Red), 2 spotlights and a 12v TV. A custom size mattress finished the build off and big thanks toAutoterm.store UK for supplying the Heater, this one has a 4KW with a splitter so he can have the cabin and the rear nice and toasty!

Zap Tours from Birmingham came in again with this sprinter van, we previously did this vehicle a while back in the front but due to these guys being so busy they had to get the rear load area sorted out. The old lining had been on for 9 years and was well over due as you can see 🤣 it literally fell off! Black 4 way was added all the way around the sides with an anthracite roof and 2 spotlights. Big thanks again for the work Waz!

Damon Hodgett got in touch a while back with a factory order van lined up from Mercedes. True to his word it turned up with delivery miles with plain internals. We ply lined the whole van including the roof and added the usual carpet and spotlights in the back along with blue strip lights down the roof sides and waist/shoulder height load lock.
In the front we added a bed with TV and blue Halo. Damon specified he wanted a blue light up Merc logo in the bed bulkhead so big thanks to Visual Impact Signs And Graphics (Matt) for this!
Hatcher supplied a curtain rail for the van and Bee's truck curtains are in the process of making the curtains to finish the cab area off. Another nice van to hit the road so thanks for trusting us with this one, look out for Damon around the Bristol area and I hope you get many good miles out of it! 👍🏼

Andrei Vintu from Luton came in with this rather smart Sprinter van. We added a bed into this vehicle with Red Halo and fully carpeted front and back. A nice addition to this van and still 1050mm space below the bed to allow for pallet loading. We also sourced a mattress for Andrei. Hope this van serves you well and we will see you again for the next one at some point when we can get you a spot 😅

Jake Palmer from JP Auto Services came to us from Sheffield with his Iveco work van. Obviously from seeing other vehicles he asked to have a bed above his toolbox as he works weird shifts and sleeping across the seats just isn’t an option.
This one had a TV fitted with Red Halo lighting, Spots and 4 Watermelon lights (2 in cab/ 2 in Bed area). Blocking the view from the side door was the best we could do for Jake as the door runner at the top kicks in just before the door shuts. This leaves a gap at the top but it’s fine once the door is closed. We boxed his toolbox off around the edges and added a board for him to fix his items on. His racking is being moved back to allow a slightly better access through the side door. Thanks for coming down Jake 👍🏼

Daz Steven’s from Hiab services Ltd over in Cannock paid us a visit with his Transit Custom crew cab van. Daz is into mountain biking and other activities so wanted the van boarded and insulated throughout the rear to house his bikes and be able to store items on a shelf. We added what he wanted along with a fully carpeted section and a roof with factory lights. This all came together well and it should do the job Daz had visioned.
