Work completed ✅ on two newly built office rooms 🏢✨

Started with a mist coat to seal the fresh plaster, followed by three coats of emulsion to achieve a smooth, professional finish. All woodwork was also painted in Dulux Satinwood for a clean, durable finish.

Once the decorating was complete, carpet floor tiles were installed to finish off the space.

Everything is now ready for the electricians to complete their work before the final handover.

Another clean, professional job from start to near completion 💪🎨

🔧 When a “simple” door install isn’t so simple…🏠

This customer had a hollow core door that had been fitted the wrong way round, the lock block wasn’t on the handle side. That meant the handle screws had nothing solid to bite into.

Removed the door, flipped it the correct way so the lock block lined up with the handle, then re-fitted everything properly. All the old holes from the previous install were filled and made good.

From mouldy mess to fresh and clean 🏠
This rental property had a wallpapered ceiling that had seen better days… peeling paper, hidden damp, and mould creeping through 😬

🛠️ Installing concrete repair spurs for one of my customers! 💪

Two of their fence posts had seen better days, leaning rotten and unstable, but instead of replacing the whole thing, a repair spur gave it a strong, cost-effective fix. ⚒️

Now the post is solid, the fence is straight, and the customer is happy! ✅

Busy in Selly Oak at the moment 👷‍♂️💡

Carried out various jobs at this student HMO, one of them being a failed en-suite downlight. The old fitting was really dim and on its way out, so it got replaced with a Saxby SirioDisc 12W CCT, along with a new driver.

Nice clean finish and a big improvement straight away 🙌
