What a great week of work. Done a few snagging surveys for some brilliant people. That have benefited no end from our service. This means all defects found will be rectified by the house builders. Which will save the home owners a significant amount of money in the long run.

A plus snagging specialists Scotland was started by two friends. That between them have served 56 years in the building trade up until now (2023).
The idea of this come from both of us buying new houses and experiencing a large amount of faults. Which to the untrained eye would of went unnoticed.
The purpose for us doing this is to help protect new home owners from there new home costing a fortune in repairs in the future.

At A plus snagging specialists Scotland our aim is to give the clients home a snagging inspection to the highest standards possible. Once the inspection has been carried out. We will email the client a detailed report of our findings & in what part of the house they were found. If the client requests a paper copy. This can be done on request. All reports will come with photos.
As a home owner you have up to two years from the legal completion date to have your house snagged. So don't let the house builder pressure you into having this done immediately & they will receive a report once you have.
